Schedule Finder
Trusmart Technologies opened the doors to provide a schedule system that can be sychronized with a handheld computer. It enables campus security, student monitoring, and better school management.
An article, "Hand It Over!", by Linda Briggs of The Journal was published this month of December 2006 featuring the use and implementation of Schedule Finder at Ysleta Independent School District of El Paso, Texas. I am privileged to be interviewed, be able to share my views regarding this system, and be presently in-charge of handling this project.

History Around the World Conference
Last September 30, 2006, the Social Studies Department of Ysleta ISD Divison of Academics held the "History Around the World" conference. The objective of the conference was for teachers to become more knowledgeable about content, resources, and best practices that will support the reading-writing connection in social studies in order to increase knowledge and performance.
